Here are a few practical questions I get asked very often. Please go through them first if you have any doubts regarding processing and delivery times, refunds and cancellations, and wholesale possibilities. If you still have any questions, simply drop me a message using this contact form.
When will you ship my order?
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, but my current processing time is of maximum 2 weeks. For details, see individual items.
Can you rush my order upon request?
At the moment I am unable to rush orders.
What are your shipping options?
A flat rate of 5€ is included in the final price of each order. This fee covers priority domestic and international shipping.
All orders orders to outside of Europe travel registered with a customs declaration code CN22. This code works as a proof of sending, but unfortunately it does not track the package after it has left Finland.
Standard Priority Shipping: provided by the National Finnish Postal Service. This method does not have a tracking option.
Expedited Shipping: this is a faster option provided by the National Finnish Postal Service. This method offers a tracking code.
After you ship my order, how long does it take for it to arrive?
Shipping times vary according to the country or region of destination. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Orders sent with Priority Shipping will have the approximate delivery times:
- North America: 7-20 business days
- Europe: 3-5 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-30 business days
- Asia Pacific: 10-30 business days
- Latin America and the Caribbean: 10-30 business days
Will you handle customs and import taxes?
No. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIIONS
How can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation by contacting me within 24 hours of purchase.
I received a faulty item.
I do my best to keep the quality of my work, but if you happen to receive a faulty item, please contact me within 5 days of delivery. Attach at least 3 pictures that show the fault in the item.
What items cannot be returned?
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items, such as earrings and hair accessories (for health/hygiene reasons)
I would like to return an item and receive a refund.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. After I receive the item, I will issue you a refund minus shipping fees. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
